What would it cost you?
Put in the shape of your month. We price CI and Terraform on one meter at a single per-minute rate, and show it against what the same minutes cost on GitHub-hosted runners.
less than GitHub-hosted, at these numbers — and your Terraform runs on the same bill, with managed state GitHub does not offer.

Our rate and allowance are read from the row that bills them; GitHub-hosted’s 2 vCPU rate and included minutes from its published figures. Larger sizes are scaled by the per-core multiplier both providers apply. Per-seat fees are excluded from both columns.
How this is worked out
A run-minute is one minute of a 2 vCPU machine — the unit both halves of the product meter into. A larger runner bills proportionally on both sides, so the columns compare the same machine. We charge your CI and your Terraform from one allowance at one rate; GitHub-hosted runs the same minutes at its own per-minute rate and manages no Terraform state. The saving is just the one bill subtracted from the other — every figure read from the rate that bills it, none inflated.
