Track / Ledger component gallery
Zero radius everywhere. Rules, never shadows. Vermilion reserved for primary action, live state and commit references. Every numeral mono and tabular. Status never carried by colour alone.
Logo
Three runs of different lengths, stacked — the product's own duration bar turned into a mark. Pure rectangles on a 20×11 grid, no curves, no gradients. The mark is monochrome and the single vermilion lives on the wordmark, so each half of the lockup does one job. Bar stack height matches the wordmark line height exactly.
KPI tiles
Trend direction is a property of the metric, never of the arrow. Failure rate rising is bad; run-minutes rising is neutral. The component takes the direction explicitly so nobody has to remember.
Controls
Buttons, inputs, selection and filtering. Radix supplies behaviour and accessibility; every pixel is ours.
Status and deltas
Every status carries a glyph as well as a hue, so it survives greyscale and the common forms of colour blindness. The delta bar is proportional to the actual change counts.
Unified timeline
The screen that justifies the product. A CI job and the Terraform apply it triggered, joined by commit SHA, on one rail. No competitor can build this — none of them run both engines.
Plan diff
Proportional bars double as operation filters. Unchanged attributes and blocks collapse at every nesting level — that suppression is the only reason a 518-resource plan is readable. Unlike HCP Terraform we show before → after, not just the new value.
Logs
Tokenised query in the shape engineers already know from Blacksmith — field:value pairs plus free text, with matches highlighted.
Data table
Headless behaviour from TanStack Table, virtualisation available for the large lists. Sortable headers, tabular numerals, right-aligned numbers.

Distribution
The percentile panel beside the histogram is what makes it readable — the shape alone never answers “is this bad?”.
Tabs and wizard
The wizard offers step-by-step or all-steps — a wizard for someone's first monitor, a single form for their tenth.
